We often get calls from customers that cannot find the products they need from anywhere else.  We have suppliers that are the actual manufacturers of the  products.  This allows us to provide excellent pricing to our customers.  30 years in Business has given us the time and experience necessary to develop a network of the best, and most trusted manufacturers and distributors of imaging supplies available in the marketplace.  Our customers are the beneficiaries of this network.  We can provide you with quality products at affordable prices, which is the true definition of Value. 

We listen to our customers and offer advice on their Printer purchases.  I will ask them what they want their printer to do for them before offering them any advice on what to purchase.  We don't push a particular brand of printer on our customers. We sell all makes and models. The main printing cost is not the printer, it is the Toner or Ink.  We do what is best for our customers, not for us.  Here is an example:

Making decisions regarding your printers is time consuming.  Fix the printer or just buy a new one?  Who do I call for service and how much will it cost? Why is the printer giving me this error message?  We have a large and varied customer base.  Most of the problems you face are new to you, but they aren't new to us, or to many of our customers.  Many printer models have predictable issues that rear their ugly head at about the same time in their life.   Something wears out at about the 12000 page mark, etc..
